Before
Book on our booking page in about a minute. We text to confirm the details, and you bring your pup at the appointment time. That's it.

During
Your dog gets our full, unrushed attention. We work at their pace, with breaks when they need them. No crates, no chaos, no rushing.

After
You pick up a clean, happy pup, often with a bandana and a photo. We'll mention anything we noticed, like skin quirks or mat-prone spots, so you know for next time.

How long does a groom take?
It depends on the dog, the coat, and the service. Because we groom one dog at a time with no rushing, we give you a realistic time window when you book, and we text you when your pup is ready.
What if my dog is matted?
No judgment, it happens. We will never brush out painful mats. Your pup gets a humane, comfortable shave-down, and we'll show you easy ways to prevent mats in the future.
Do you groom doodles or double-coated breeds?
Yes, we groom all kinds of coats. The Deshedding Bath was made for heavy shedders. If your dog has a very specific cut in mind, send us a photo ahead of time so we can confirm it's a good fit.
My dog is nervous at the groomer. Can you handle that?
