Grooming
Will my dog be crated during grooming?
Never. Grooming is completely crate-free. Your dog has our full attention from start to finish.
What if my dog is matted?
We will never brush out painful mats. Your pup gets a humane, comfortable shave-down, and we'll share easy prevention tips, no judgment.
Is nail care included?
Yes, nail care is included with every groom.
Do you groom cats?
Not yet. We're a dog-only studio for now.
Boarding & daycare
Do we need a meet and greet first?
Yes, for boarding and daycare. It's a free 15-minute hello at our front lawn so we can confirm vaccinations and make sure we're a great fit.
Will my dog be crated?
Only when they need safe downtime, just like at home. Dogs get appropriate freedom when it's safe.
What should I bring for boarding?
Their food (measured out, please), medications with instructions, and something that smells like home.
What if I'm running late for pick-up?
Extra hours past pick-up are half the daily rate, up to 6 hours. Just keep us posted.
Walking, drop-ins & pet sitting
Do I need to be home?
No. We arrange key or entry access with you ahead of time for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting.
Which areas do you serve?
Cooper City and nearby Broward communities, including Davie, Plantation, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Weston, and Sunrise. Availability varies by service.
Can you handle medications?
Yes. Leave clear written instructions and we'll follow them exactly.
Booking & payment
How do I book?
Right on our booking page, in about a minute. Every Book Now button on this site takes you there.
When do I pay?
Boarding, daycare, walking, drop-ins, and pet sitting are paid in full before the booking starts. We accept invoice link, Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal.
What's the cancellation policy?
We're finalizing our written cancellation policy. For now, just reach out as early as you can and we'll work it out fairly.
Vaccination & safety
What vaccinations do you require?
We confirm every dog's vaccination status before booking. Ask us about your specific service and we'll tell you exactly what's needed.
How do you handle emergencies?
Your dog is with us, supervised, the entire time. If anything ever seems off, we contact you immediately and follow your instructions.
